Meet Our Therapist

Mercedez Abreu, MS, BS, Author

Mental health support, built on trust.

A desire to understand human behavior has shaped Mercedez's career as both a therapist and business owner, connecting with people, building meaningful relationships, and supporting healing.

Throughout her career, Mercedez has served more than 400 individuals and families, from prevention and wellness maintenance to intensive support for people living with severe mental illness, working with individuals, couples, children, and multi-generational families across diverse backgrounds.

Her clinical training spans evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Play Therapy, equipping her to support clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and life transitions.

She remains dedicated to creating safe, empowering spaces where individuals and families can build resilience and move toward lasting personal growth.
