Coach Prime Inspires the Next Generation at Athletics & Beyond Performance Campus

On June 8, 2026, our Athletics & Beyond Performance Campus was filled with energy, excitement, and inspiration as one of the most influential figures in sports stepped through our doors.

Located at 4990 Nome St., Unit C, Denver, CO 80239, our facility had the honor of hosting Coach Prime, Deion Sanders, Head Football Coach of the University of Colorado Boulder, Pro Football Hall of Famer, and one of the most recognizable leaders in sports today.

The event, hosted by UCHealth, brought together student-athletes, families, coaches, and community members for a unique opportunity to hear directly from a man whose impact extends far beyond the football field. Adding to the experience was Super Bowl Champion Ryan Harris, who served as the event’s commentator and moderator, guiding the conversation and helping create an engaging atmosphere for everyone in attendance.

From the moment Coach Prime entered the building, the excitement was undeniable. Many of our young athletes had watched him on television, followed his coaching journey, and admired his accomplishments as both a player and mentor. Seeing him in person was an experience they will never forget.

Throughout the event, Coach Prime shared powerful lessons about discipline, accountability, education, leadership, and maximizing opportunities. His message was clear: success is not accidental. It is built through consistency, preparation, belief, and a commitment to becoming your best self every day.

One of the most memorable moments of the event came when Coach Prime publicly recognized Athletics & Beyond Executive Director Narcy Jackson. Speaking directly to the audience, Coach Prime praised Jackson for his leadership and commitment to the community, emphasizing that he is “in it for the right reasons” and doing an outstanding job leading Athletics & Beyond.

Coach Prime also reflected on his own journey, sharing that he got his start working in youth sports. As he looked around the Athletics & Beyond facility, he said the environment felt familiar—a place built on mentorship, opportunity, and genuine care for young people.

His message to the youth in attendance was both powerful and direct. He challenged them not to allow people who have never achieved much in sports—or in life—to fill their minds with doubt and negativity. Instead, he encouraged them to stay focused on their goals, believe in themselves, and continue working toward their dreams regardless of outside opinions.

Throughout the session, Coach Prime delivered countless gems on leadership, discipline, confidence, and perseverance. By the end of the event, it was clear that many of the young athletes, parents, coaches, and community members in attendance left with a renewed sense of inspiration and purpose. The lessons shared that day will undoubtedly continue to impact those who were fortunate enough to hear them.

More importantly, Coach Prime emphasized the value of character. While athletic ability can open doors, he reminded our youth that integrity, work ethic, and personal responsibility are what sustain long-term success. His words resonated deeply with the students in attendance, many of whom left motivated to pursue excellence both on and off the field.

At Athletics & Beyond, our mission is to empower young athletes through sports performance, mentorship, academics, and leadership development. Events like this demonstrate the power of exposure and why we remain committed to connecting our youth with leaders who can inspire them to dream bigger and think beyond their current circumstances.

We are incredibly grateful to UCHealth for making this opportunity possible and for their continued investment in the health, wellness, and future of our community’s young people. Their partnership continues to create life-changing experiences that extend far beyond athletics.

We also want to thank Ryan Harris for his leadership, professionalism, and dedication to serving young people. His ability to connect with both Coach Prime and the audience helped make the event impactful and memorable.

As we continue to build the Athletics & Beyond Performance Campus into a hub for opportunity, growth, and development, moments like these remind us why we do this work. The lessons shared on June 8 will stay with our athletes for years to come.

At Athletics & Beyond, we believe that exposure creates opportunity. On this special day, our young people experienced both. Because success is about more than sports. It’s about becoming the best version of yourself.

And that’s what we provide—the beyond.
