Football

Our football skills training focuses on position development, speed and agility, route running, footwork, defensive technique, football IQ, film study, strength, and overall athletic performance.

Our 7v7 competitive travel program gives athletes the opportunity to compete against top-level talent while learning accountability, teamwork, leadership, and responsibility. Through practices, tournaments, travel, academic expectations, and mentorship, we prepare athletes to succeed on and off the field.


Track and Field

We have developed a unique training method which focuses on giving your athletes the physical tools to be competitive on any level and the mental strength to dominate.
Born and raised In Denver, CO, Program Leader and Coach Thal attended Mullen HS where he was a All-Conference and All-State football player and a 4x Track and Field Champion. The 5050 Sprint program is a leader in sports performance.

Baseball

Athletics & Beyond provides athletes with high-level training designed to build confidence, skill, and preparation for the next level. From one-on-one instruction with experienced coaches to access to an indoor batting cage and sport-specific skill development, athletes receive the tools they need to grow year-round. Our partnership with Major League Baseball Players Trust has created additional opportunities and resources that help our student-athletes better prepare for competition while developing discipline, work ethic, and long-term success both on and off the field.

Tumbling

Athletics & Beyond is partnered with Mile High Tumblers 5280 to provide athletes with a positive and competitive environment. Tumbling is important because it helps athletes develop strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, body control, and confidence. It teaches discipline, focus, perseverance, and the ability to overcome challenges through consistent practice and repetition the organization helps athletes strengthen their abilities while building teamwork, accountability, and a strong foundation for success both in and out of competition.

Boxing

Students looking to improve their fitness, learn the sport of boxing, develop self-defense skills, or compete in amateur bouts. The program focuses on building a strong foundation through structured training that teaches proper technique and fundamentals while accelerating skill development. Athletes learn correct stance, punching mechanics, standard combinations, offensive and defensive techniques, footwork, ring movement, and overall boxing IQ in a disciplined and supportive environment.

Fitness Classes

​Athletics & Beyond offers both one-on-one and small group fitness training designed to improve overall health, strength, and performance. Workouts combine cardio, core training, and weight exercises to help participants build endurance, increase strength, and reach their fitness goals in a motivating and supportive environment.
