We are a community-driven movement focused on building stronger athletes, stronger students, stronger families, and stronger futures. Through mentorship, education, leadership development, wellness, and elite athletic performance, we create opportunities that go far beyond the game.

Our mission is to empower young people through sports performance, mentorship, academics, and life development while helping them discover purpose beyond athletics. Every workout, every conversation, every program, and every mentor interaction is designed to prepare our youth for success in life — not just competition.

Founded in 2005, two brother (Narcy and Ali Jackson) on NBA All-Star Weekend in Denver, had vision to create more than just a sports organization. Since its beginning, the mission has been centered on empowering youth through athletics, mentorship, education, leadership development, and life opportunities beyond the game.

The foundation of Athletics & Beyond originated from recognizing a major gap in youth development — many young athletes were being trained for sports, but not enough were being guided toward success in life outside of athletics.

Our philosophy focuses on:

  • Building character before recognition

  • Teaching life skills alongside athletic skills

  • Prioritizing education and personal growth

  • Creating positive mentorship and guidance

  • Supporting mental health and wellness

  • Exposing youth to career paths and opportunities beyond athletics

  • Developing confident leaders within the community

Our community impact includes:

  • Mentoring youth through life challenges and personal development

  • Providing access to sports performance and athletic training

  • Supporting academic growth and educational success

  • Promoting mental health awareness and wellness resources

  • Creating leadership opportunities for young athletes

  • Organizing community outreach events and service projects

  • Building partnerships with schools, nonprofits, businesses, and healthcare organizations

  • Exposing students to college campuses, careers, and life opportunities beyond sports

  • Supporting families through positive programming and mentorship

Our focus on youth development includes:

  • Building confidence, discipline, and accountability

  • Teaching leadership and teamwork

  • Encouraging academic achievement and personal growth

  • Promoting positive decision-making and character development

  • Supporting mental health and emotional wellness

  • Providing mentorship from experienced coaches and community leaders

  • Creating exposure to college, career, and life opportunities

  • Developing healthy habits through fitness and wellness programs

  • Helping youth build resilience through adversity and challenges
