Athletics and Beyond:  Student-Athlete Experiences Broncos History at Dove Valley

Athletics & Beyond student-athlete Tavon Surrell recently joined former Denver Broncos defensive back Rod Rogers, now the Marketing Manager for Athletics & Beyond, for a memorable visit to the Denver Broncos’ historic training facility in Dove Valley.

The visit came during a special Broncos alumni event celebrating the remarkable 36-year history of the organization’s longtime headquarters before the team transitions into its new Broncos Park Powered by Common Spirit. Throughout the day, Tavon had the opportunity to experience firsthand the rich culture and tradition that helped shape one of the NFL’s most respected franchises. (denverbroncos.com)

Rod Rogers, who played for the Denver Broncos, shared personal stories from his NFL career while introducing Tavon to legendary Broncos alumni from multiple generations.

The event highlighted the importance of preserving the team’s legacy while inspiring the next generation of athletes to pursue excellence on and off the field.

The alumni toured the facility, reflected on championship memories, and discussed how the Broncos’ culture of discipline, teamwork, and leadership has impacted countless players over the years.
