As we move into our new home, we want to make sure the systems we put in place — including facility access — actually serve you and the clients you've built up over the years, not get in your way. This questionnaire is a direct line to us. Please be candid. Your answers will shape how we handle access, support, programming, and sustainability moving forward.

1. At the old facility, how did key and access privileges support your ability to run your programs and serve your clients?

2. What specific access do you need at the new facility (hours, entry points, storage, equipment areas) to operate without added friction?

3. What concerns do you have about the current access process, and what would restore your confidence that A&B is a partner, not a gatekeeper?
